By making a reservation for our tours and services, all persons or organizations agree to thefollowing terms:
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure a booking.
The balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour start date.
For bookings made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or increases in government taxes or other fees.
Once full payment is received, the price is guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharge.
By the Client:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total tour cost
15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
0–14 days before departure or no-show: 100% (no refund)
By the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient bookings, political instability, or natural disasters.
If the tour is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
Any amendments made by the client after confirmation may incur additional charges.
We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers and must cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of luggage.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
We will provide visa guidance for entry in the regions but cannot be held liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation or other circumstances , In order to ensure safety and well-being, it is the responsibility of the traveler to disclose any medical or physical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in tour activities.
Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the tour.
Any client whose behavior causes distress, damage, or danger may be asked to leave the tour without refund.
Clients are responsible for personal belongings at all times.
We commit to delivering the services outlined in the agreed itinerary to a reasonable standard.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients due to events beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, accidents, delays, or third-party negligence.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., war, riots, pandemics, extreme weather).
While every effort is made to ensure safety and satisfaction, participation in any tour involves inherent risks.
Clients participating in tours or other activities organized by the company, do so at their own risk The company is not responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage not caused by the negligence of our staff or representatives.
Any costs that arise in respect of any accident or illness which requires medical attention, are the client’s liability.
Any activities undertaken are at a client’s own risk and the company does not hold responsibility for any injury, loss or damage during these activities at each destination or transport to and from each destination
The client assumes all personal and financial responsibility for any and all risks arising from participating in a tour, including, but not limited to the risks described above.
